Systems Valley is recruiting talented Fresher’s and experienced Business Development executives to join its business development team. We are looking for creative, methodical, resourceful and passionate candidates who are willing to go beyond the call of duty. You should be comfortable in talking to international customers and understanding their requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1.  Develop new business via telephone and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
  2. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  3.  Building and managing prospective customer database.
  4. Contacting decision makers telephonically
  5. Assessing if there is a need for our services and sending out appropriate email with required information (marketing materials, presentation etc.)
  6. Generating Sales Leads/Appointments, this will be the primary responsibility
  7. The candidate will be expected to do new client acquisition through lead generation.

  • Excellent command over English language
  • Should be comfortable making cold calls and following up leads
  • Proactive, reliable and well organized
  • Good telephone etiquettes
  • Should have basic knowledge of the software development technologies
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • High-quality written English
  • Should be comfortable working in UK hours


  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Experienced in outbound sales
  • Previous telemarketing/sales experience for US countries  IELTS score of 7.5 or above or equivalent
